ALEXA CHAVEZ
Owner/Principle Instructor
Throughout her career Alexa performed and competed in regional and national competitions, receiving multiple high gold awards. By the age of seven, Alexa began training professionally at Colorado Ballet where she studied Vaganova ballet, character and modern. While at Colorado Ballet, she was trained under Deborah Kenner, Leslie Justi, Heather Protinski, Madame Giana Jigarhan and Igor Vassine along with many others. Alexa had the opportunity to perform multiple roles in Colorado Ballet’s ‘The Nutcracker’ for eight years. Alexa started the studio in 2017 and is excited to share her passion for dance to your child!
ISABEL CHAVEZ
Founder/ Co-Owner
Isabel was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico and raised in Denver, Colorado. When Isabel had her daughter, Alexa, she immediately enrolled her in dance classes. Starting when Alexa was just two years old, Isabel dedicated herself to supporting all of her dance endeavors. Isabel has been a dance mom for over 17 years. With that title Isabel has also made Alexa’s costumes, done her makeup and fixed her hair. She has seen Alexa through every stage of her dance career; from a toddler in ballet shoes to and adult with a dream of owning her own studio. As the founder of Alexa’s Dance Factory, Isabel is responsible for the creation of the studio, building it from the ground up. She wants the company to reflect the passion and hard work that she instilled in her daughter from a very young age.
KENA RINDFLEISCH
Instructor
After finding a passion in dancing, Kena started extensively studying dance. By the age 10, Kena was performing and competing in multiple dance genres. Through the course of her dancing career, she has received multiple special recognitions from judges. Eventually, Kena pursued studying Vaganova ballet, character and contemporary at a pre-professional level. Over this time, she has been instructed from professional ballet instructors from around the world. While teaching at Alexa’s Dance Factory, Kena’s aim is to instruct dance in a way that will help every student become their best.
